Friday, August 7th: Getting to COSI
There will be 4 buses transporting people from the Hyatt Regency downtown (North Entrance by Einstein Bagels) to COSI for the Friday evening banquet between 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. about every 10 minutes. These same 4 buses will be transporting people from COSI to the Hyatt Regency downtown from 9 – 10 p.m. about every 10 minutes, with the last departure being at 10 p.m. You also have the option to walk, as the Hyatt Regency and COSI are approximately 1 mile apart from each other. On the way back from COSI, there are numerous locations within the Arena District as well as along High Street and surrounding streets to continue exploring restaurants and nightlife in the heart of downtown Columbus!
So there will be no shuttle buses from the Holiday Inn Express to COSI? What about parking at COSI? Is it free for attendees? Is there any even available?
The shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express is provided by Holiday Inn Express. So you may want to ask them if they can run their shuttle to COSI. Otherwise, you could certainly take the shuttle from COSI or walk back to the Hyatt if the Holiday Inn Express shuttle can go back at the appropriate time.
Parking at COSI is $5/car.
