Join us in the Wooster Science Building Room 175, Thursday, January 25, 2024 as we participate virtually in the event.

9:00 am- Welcome by President Walter “Ted” Carter Jr.
9:10 am- Meditation and Gentle Stretching. All fitness levels welcome.
9:30 am- Remarks by Dr. Bernadette Melnyk, Chief Wellness Officer
