Welcome to the Stress Management and Resiliency Lab!

We’re very excited for the 2018-19 academic year and we have a lot planned. We will be open on Mondays & Wednesdays from 9-5 and on Thursdays from 12-5 offering a mix of individual and group biofeedback sessions. We’ve updated our protocols to introduce students to a wider array of evidence-based stress management techniques to practice with the emWave pro. We’re also offering group meditation on Tuesdays at 11 with Maria Lammy for another year. We would also like to welcome back Tyler Hudson who will lead a relaxation training group for student veterans on Tuesdays at 2:30 starting on September 4th. In recent news, the SMART Lab was mentioned in a New York Times article talking about addressing mental health on campus with the newest generation of students. If you want a quick overview of biofeedback before scheduling a session, HeartMath (the company that makes the emWave Pro) made an informative video.
