Welcome to the Stress Management and Resiliency Lab!

This year, we’re offering two types biofeedback sessions in the lab, web-based biofeedback and 1:1 biofeedback.

Web-based biofeedback allows students to watch videos to learn about mindfulness philosophy and specific stress reductions skills at their own pace and to practice with our biofeedback software. This provides students the opportunity to work independently and at their own pace while in the lab.

1:1 biofeedback sessions allow students to work individually with a member of the SMART Lab staff to identify sources of stress, problem solve ways to reduce stress, and practice relaxation techniques with our biofeedback software.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all in the lab this year!

Be Well,
SMART Lab Staff
