The annual Fall Retreat celebrates the community of all IBE cohorts through a fun-filled weekend at Buck Creek Park in Springfield, OH. The goal of the Fall Retreat is to promote comradeship, along with personal and professional growth among all cohorts. This event provides a foundation to build relationships between students, ultimately translating into a strong IBE network for the remainder of the college experience and beyond.
