This past fall, Ohio State’s IBE Honors program hosted its second annual Alumni Weekend, which consists of a dinner and tailgate with former IBE members. This event is more than a warm welcome to new students – it is an opportunity to immediately engage incoming freshman, develop relationships between students of all four cohorts, and promote IBE beyond an academic program. It is a meaningful part of the Ohio State experience wherein cohort members develop friendships, stimulate academic excellence, and explore key professional growth lessons required to succeed after graduation.
