Heather Lochotzki


Heather Lochotzki is a post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Evaluation Studies. Heather worked in the Center for Perinatal Research at The Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital prior to beginning her graduate school journey. Her dissertation research investigated the learning trends in a pre-kindergarten cohort across the COVID-19 pandemic timeline and the place-based environmental and social factors associated with early childhood learning. Her research interests include exploring public health problems through an environmental justice lens with a focus on community engagement and the social determinants of health, all with the pursuit of improving the lives of children, families, and individuals within our community and beyond.
