Ms. Lewie (she/her) serves as an Evaluation Associate at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Evaluation Studies. She brings expertise in social science research, public policy analysis, project design, and community engagement to the team. Prior to joining the Center, Ella worked as a Policy Fellow for The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio where she co-developed and co-authored a two-year study that evaluated Ohio drug courts. Ella also has prior experience working in healthcare, serving as a trauma-informed hospital advocate for The Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio.
