Our project integrates the expertise of five faculty members working on global mobility from the perspectives of anthropology, history, literature and film/media studies, as well as moving image production.
Robin Judd is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at The Ohio State University. As a specialist in Jewish and European History, she is working on a new project Love at the Zero Hour: European War Brides, GI Husbands, and European Strategies for Reconstruction. Professor Judd is the author of Contested Rituals: Circumcision, Kosher Butchering, and German-Jewish Political Life in Germany, 1843-1933 (Cornell University Press 2007).
