Task List

Week 4

The goal for the week 4 is to reconfigure the AEV and turn in Progress Report 1. All team members will work on this task and the projected completion date is 2/7/2018. Malik will also begin the grant proposal and have it completed by 2/13/2018.

Week 5

The goal for week 5 is to prepare for the committee meetings and turn in the grant proposal. Jalen will attend the marketing committee, Madison will attend the R&D committee, and Jesse will attend the HR committee. These tasks will be complete by 2/21/2018.  The Advance R&D 1 will also be worked on and completed 2/13/18.

Week 6

The goal for week 6 is to continue to prepare for the committee meetings, test the AEV and make any changes necessary. The entire team will work on this task and have it completed 2/21/18.

Week 7

The goal for week 7 is to work on the second Advance R&D Topic, complete website 3 update, begin Progress Report 2 and prepare for the R&D oral presentation. The entire team will come together to complete these tasks and the projected completion date is 2/28/18.

Week 8

The goal for week 8 is to upload the completed oral presentation before 3/7/18 and also continue to work on Progress Report 2. All members will work on tasks.

Week 9

The goal for week 9 is to turn in the completed Progress Report 2 on 3/21/18. The group will now work towards the completion of Final R&D- Design Concept Comparison, completing Performance Test 1 and completing CDR Draft. Since these tasks may require more time to complete the group will divide in teams of 2.

Week 10

The goal for week 10 is to complete and turn in the CDR Draft on 3/28/18. The task that need to be completed are the Operational Objectives for R&D 2, Performance Test 2 and beginning to prepare for Committee Meeting 2.

Week 11

The goal for week 11 is to continue to prepare for Committee meeting 2. Work on R&D 3- Energy Optimization. Attend Committee Meeting 2. Complete Progress Report 3 before lab 11c. Complete Final Oral Presentation Draft before lab 12a. All group members will assist in completing these tasks.

Week 12

The goal for week 12 is turn in Final Oral Presentation Draft due 4/11/18. Perform testing of AEV and ensure the AEV is reading for the Final Testing before lab 12c. All group members will work on these tasks.

Week 13

The goal for week 13 is ensure the Final Presentation is completed and turn in CDR and Final Website on lab 13c. All members will work towards the completion of these tasks.
