TEAM G

NOTE: this website is a constant work in progress, as of Update 1 – the basic structure has been produced. This divides the website into 2 sections: design process, meet the team, and team meetings. In ‘design process’ we will upload our designs as they are created and update the Lab pages as they are completed. ‘Meet the team’ has basic information about our team members and shall be update if needed (potentially with a specific team working agreement). Finally, ‘Team Meeting Notes’, as suggested, will be updated with a new page, each time we meet with our notes for said meeting. As previously, the website as a whole is still a work in progress.

5)  Conflict Resolution

Each team should have a pre-agreed approach to addressing issues that may arise.

When there are problems within our group pertaining to the general responsibilities or specific responsibilities, the following steps will be taken in this order until a resolution is found.

  1. Discuss problems within the group to come to a working solution, trying to make sure all members have opportunity to participate in the discussion.
  2. Refer to Team Working Agreement to sort out issue.
  3. If discussions are heated, wait a day then reconvene to solve issues.
  4. Have a vote to choose a solution
  5. If tied, ask GTA or Professor to vote on solutions

8)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s

If a team member fails to live up this agreement, the assignment still needs to be completed and submitted on time. However, the Professor/ GTA will be made aware of team members not participating. A group meeting with the Professor/ GTA will be held to resolve issues.
