AEV Evaluations:
The AEV was screened and scored using the criteria listed under the Screening and Scoring page. Sam’s design was chosen and initially used reverse-propeller braking, but the servo motor was later implemented to brake more precisely.
Final Design:
After many revisions of trying to mount the servo, Team L ended up duct-taping it to the T-frame. This allowed for a sturdier servo placement and therefore accurate stopping.
