2)  Primary Means of Communication and Expectations

GroupMe is our group’s primary means of communication and it is expected that each team member will check the GroupMe at least once per day.

 

3)  Scheduling of Meetings

Out of class meetings will be scheduled during in-class meetings as needed. Meetings may also be coordinated via GroupMe.

 

4)  General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • Attend all team meetings unless discussed prior
  • Be on time to meetings
  • Be willing to discuss and resolve all problems that may arise
  • Complete any and all individual work that the team assigns
  • Contribute to group work and discussions

6)  Conflict Resolution

All team members are encouraged to voice any and all concerns relating to the team. Once a concern has been voiced a discussion will take place amongst the team in an attempt to resolve the problem. If the team is unable to solve the problem without outside intervention, a UTA or GTA will be contacted for outside advice. If the problem still persists the instructor will then be contacted to attempt to resolve the issue. If a solution has been proposed, however, a particular teammate refuses to implement it, then a conversation will ensue with the instructor and the other teammates regarding firing that particular member.

 

7)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s

  • Be willing and able  to provide constructive feedback
  • Hold team members accountable for their actions/inactions
