Created in 2017, APOP focuses on bringing high quality anthropology-themed educational experiences to people from all walks of life in the Greater Columbus area and beyond. We currently facilitate eight different programs including bi-monthly activities at COSI, lectures and activities in partnership with Columbus Public Libraries and Columbus City Schools, internal activities at OSU, a podcast, and a program for Ohio Science Olympiad. We are also in the process of developing a full-scale interactive museum exhibit that will be hosted at COSI, hopefully in the next few years. We do all of this for a little over $4,000 a year.

With just a few dollars you can help keep our programs going, so please consider donating today Your donations will fund the purchase of educational materials, travel costs for student volunteers, and possibly a part-time administrative position for a student. This year we reached over 1000 participants of all ages and backgrounds, with the help of over 85 volunteer students and faculty members. Please help make our world a better place today!
