4-H Leadership Board Is Back!

4-H Leadership Board is BACK! 4-H Members in the 7th grade or above mark your calendars for Wednesday, May 19. We are planning a “Welcome Back Meeting and Covid Friendly Dance Party” from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Junior Fair Building. Grab your mask and dust off your dancing shoes! The 4-H Staff is excited to get everyone together again!

Interested in building your resume to become a 4-H Camp Counselor, 4-H Ambassador or learning more about County and State 4-H opportunities? The 4-H Leadership Board is where you need to start! This excited and energetic group meets throughout the year and participates in service learning projects, team building, and celebrates the holidays with a special meal and program. All 4-H members who are eligible to join will be notified by email for each meeting.

Wood County 4-H Is Ready To Day Camp!

It’s time to register for Wood County 4-H Day Camp! Camp materials have been posted to the 4-H webpage! The dates are June 5, 6, 19 and 20th. Registration for one or two days is being taken on a first come-first serve basis (80 campers/day) for 4-H’ers finishing 2nd grade thru 8th grade. Friends of 4-H’ers will be accepted as room allows. Drop-off or mail-in accepted. It’s only a day, but it will be the best day of your summer!
