A great way to continue to “Pledge Our Hands To Larger Service”

The challenge is simple: find five people in your life and check-in with them every day for the next 30-days. Ohio’s Strive for Five Challenge is a new, statewide awareness campaign to help individuals and families cope with feelings of stress, anxiety, and isolation by connecting with others.

You are encouraged to reach out, connect, and comfort each other while we all work our way through the COVID-19 crisis and social distancing. Peer-to-peer support has great power in helping to calm anxiety and fear. By reaching out via phone, text, email, or even a hand-written note, you can help.

“My Stay At Home Summer”

Attention 4-H Members! Check out this new Self-Determined Project Guide – “My Stay-At-Home Summer”. Remember you change your project selections or add more at this time!

Make this summer one to remember for all the right reasons! My Stay-at-Home Summer is a new idea starter full of activities for these momentous times. You can choose from these topic areas: help at home, help your community, stay healthy, stay connected, make history, begin a new hobby, or explore the perfect stay-at-home projects. And if that’s not enough, you can always come up with your own ways to learn. Like all idea starters, this project is completed with the Self-Determined Project Guide at ohio4h.org/selfdetermined. This is what making the best better is all about.
