An example of leadership I want to reflect on is during soccer, when the captains stepped up during the district final game and brought the team together. Their words helped the team to work together and we ended up winning the game, it was the small effort of just the captains saying some words that really impacted the team. I would decribe it as leadership, because we were struggling as a team and we really needed to come together, with the captains stepping up they showed to be true leaders. Another reason why I would describe this as leadership is, because the role of a captain is to be a leader of the team and to help them when in times of need, so they already have the leadership title; it was all about if they followed through with their jobs to actually lead and help the team. All in all they really helped bring the team together, and without them leading the team we would not have been able to win the game.
