When applying the idea of true colors, being split into four different colors, as how to match with your personality and how you view the world. The different colors all play an aspect into working together, with being an orange I am active, open-minded, adventurous. This would make it easy in the scholars program because I will be open to do more activities, with being sporty and well. I will also be open to trying new things and venturing out, this will be good to bring to the program because coming to a new place and doing new things is something that I enjoy and find easy to do. I found out that this color will be helpful for going out on the world and trying new things. This will also help with other programs such as sports, because coming to a team and being able to not fear other teams and think that you can do anything is something I would be able to help with. While other colors also play a role into bringing different things to organizations, they all are different and help in other ways. Every organization or team needs diversity and also needs different colors to help get things done and be successful. I also believe that someone is truly not one color and that they may share some of the same personality traits as those of others colors, even if they are not catorgized in that color.
