Attention all 4-H and FFA members planning to exhibit livestock at the Paulding County Fair! Quality Assurance Training is scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Paulding County Fairgrounds, beginning promptly at 10:00 AM.

Why Attend?
Quality Assurance Training is mandatory for all youth completing livestock projects who plan to exhibit their animals at the Paulding County Fair. This training ensures that exhibitors understand best practices in animal care, handling, and safety while promoting ethical and responsible livestock management.

Who Must Attend?
All 4-H and FFA members exhibiting market animals, breeding animals, or dairy cattle at the Paulding County Fair are required to complete Quality Assurance Training before the April 23, 2025, deadline. Youth must have a parent in attendance. Failure to attend will result in ineligibility to exhibit at the fair.

It was decided by the Fairboard that starting this year there will be separate possession dates for Roasters vs. Single Fryers/Meat Pens.

Roasters – 4/30/2025

Single Fryers/Meat Pens – 5/14/2025
