When registering for the fair, we use two separate databases. The first one is 4-H Online. This is where initial registration and project selection take place. Livestock, Dog, and Horse exhibitors will be required to enter their animals into 4-H Online at a later date while Still Project exhibitors have nothing more to enter into 4-H Online. Our second database is Fair Entry. This is where the actual fair registration takes place. For Livestock, Dog, and Horse exhibitors it is extremely important to follow our instructions by entering animals into 4-H Online first. We promise this will make fair registration much smoother!

4-H Online
Livestock (plus Dogs & Horses) Only:
All animals being exhibited at the Paulding County Fair MUST be entered into 4-H Online BEFORE they can be entered into Fair Entry. Failure to do so could result in those animals being ineligible to be exhibited at the Paulding County Fair.
4-H Online Deadlines:
Dogs MUST be entered by Tuesday, April 4th, 2025.
All Breeding Livestock (Except Breeding Rabbits) MUST be entered by Saturday, April 5th, 2025.
Breeding Class Rabbits MUST be entered by Sunday, April 13th, 2025.
All Market Livestock (Except Market Rabbits) MUST be entered by Monday, April 14th, 2025.
Horses MUST be entered by Friday, April 18th, 2025.
Roaster Class Rabbits MUST be entered by Tuesday, May 6th, 2025.
Single Fryer & Meat Pen Class Rabbits MUST be entered by Tuesday, May 20th, 2025.

All Projects:
Fair Entry is an online database that the Junior Fairboard uses to manage the Paulding County Fair. ALL projects must be registered in Fair Entry in order to be exhibited at the Paulding County Fair. Failure to do so could result in those projects being ineligible to be exhibited at the Paulding County Fair.
Fair Entry Deadlines (Including Still Projects):
