Southern Ohio Farm Show, December 9, 2020

This week on the Southern Ohio Farm Show, we visit a Christmas tree farm, learn about winterizing sprayers with Richard Purdin, learn more about tax exempt rules with Chris Bruynis, and bake cutout cookies with Kathy Bruynis and her grandchildren. Tune in next week for another new episode of the Southern Ohio Farm Show!

Southern Ohio Farm Show, December 2, 2020

This week on the Southern Ohio Farm Show we have a conversation with Sam Custer, Interim Assistant Director Agriculture and Natural Resources for OSU Extension. Richard Purdin teaches about wet wrapped forages, Dr. Tim McDermott gives guidelines for what not to feed your pet from the holiday table, and Chris Bruynis discusses tax preparation. In the final segment of the program, Cindy Kratzer provides the recipe for peanut bars – a Brown County favorite dessert!

Please welcome our new Office Associate, Leeanna McKamey. Leeanna is originally from Highland County.  She comes to this position after being a Ohio State University Extension SNAP-Ed program assistant in Highland, Ross and Allen Counties. Prior to her position with SNAP-Ed she was the Ohio State University Extension 4-H Program Assistant in Allen County.
