Buyer/ Sale Etiquette
4-H members may write a letter to potential buyers explaining who they are and what market projects they are taking to the fair. Then send these letters to places that the family does business, or where the parents/guardians work and invite them to the sales. Please do not ask them specifically to purchase your animal as this will turn off some buyers. Also, make sure to thank them if they purchase your animal or for attending the sale.
