Margaret Hutzel, MPA
Senior Project Manager
Ms. Hutzel is a Senior Project Manager with Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs. Since 1999 she has been part of a research team evaluating a variety of health and education initiatives affecting Ohio’s children and families. She is the lead evaluator for a statewide effort to address pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection prevention among vulnerable youth. She also leads an evaluation of the Ohio Appalachian Collaborative-Personalized Learning Network- a consortium of 27 K-12 schools collaborating to improve education outcomes.
Robin Webb, MPA
Research Associate
Robin Webb joined the Voinovich School as a Research Associate on the PEER Team in 2022. Her work focuses primarily on public health and social services. Prior to joining the Voinovich School, Robin worked in child protective services with experience in program planning and implementation, written and visual communication, and community event coordination.
