Calming yoga-based movement

This four-week series will offer gentle yoga-based practices aimed to build resilience and stamina for living with the changes COVID-19 has brought to all of our lives. No experience or registration is necessary. All are welcome and encouraged. Each week we will use simple movement, breathwork, and meditation focusing on effects such as exhaustion, insomnia, isolation, overstimulation, and anxiety.
