Any exhibitor planning to bring one of the below listed species to the Fulton County Fair for exhibition MUST complete an online Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF). The online forms will be available August 21-28, 2024 at go.osu.edu/FultonDUNF. All online forms must be submitted by Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. Please use the attached guide (found at the very bottom of this email) to assist you in the completion of each form.

• Dairy Cows (lactating animals)
• Market Steers
• Market Hogs
• Market Poultry—Broilers, Market Turkeys
• Goats-Dairy Market, Boer Market, lactating goat, pygmy goats (only if in milk)
• Market Rabbits—Fryer and Roaster
• Market Sheep

Each exhibitor must complete one form for each animal that will be brought onto the fairgrounds. Completion by August 28 will allow for any questions to be answered prior to arriving at vet check-in/weigh-in on August 29. It is highly recommended to print a copy of your confirmation email for your submissions and bring with you on check-in day.

Per updated ODA rules for 2024, our office is unable to make any changes to your original submissions. In the event that information changes (e.g. a medication is given after you’ve submitted your form, etc.), you will need to immediately submit a new online DUNF for the affected animal to reflect the updated changes.
