Throughout the semester, the design team collaborated on designing, building, and testing a robot. Doing so required organization. In order to achieve the desired level of organization and cooperation, the team scheduled several meetings, utilized OneDrive and Box cloud management systems, split up tasks in accordance to each members’ availability and strengths, and followed a semester long design schedule. These were all very key components of the team’s success, as keeping all members active and on the same page led to maximum efficiency.
