The team will collectively complete the reminders and agenda prior to and at each meeting Anna O’Keefe will be in charge of minutes at each meeting.

  • General Team Member Expectations

Each team member is expected to be at each team meeting unless they have a prior conflict, in which case they need to communicate that with the rest of the team. During lab and class periods the team members are expected to behave during class and lab and complete the assigned task effectively and thoroughly. During team meetings, team members are expected to arrive on time, work diligently, and complete the task at hand. Acceptable types of interactions are respectful of other team members. Between classes, team members will prepare for the next class and complete the tasks that need completed. The team will ensure that team members communicate what they are working on and when help is needed to stay on track. Documents will be shared between team  members via Google Drive. The team members will have their respected parts of the assignment completed 24 hours before the assignments is due. Team members should notify the group that they are struggling as soon as they are struggling to avoid wasted time.

  • Individual Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines

Chief Assembly Officers- in charge of assembling AEV: Aileen & Anna

  • Conflict Resolution

The team members in conflict will first respectfully confront the team member they are in conflict with an attempt to resolve the issue. If that does not resolve the issue, the team members will take the issue to the whole team to resolve the issue. If this does not work, the team members in conflict will bring the conflict to the teaching staff so that a compromise can be reached. The team will redefine goals and expectations if necessary and all four team members agree.

  • Expectations of Faculty and GTAs

If a team member does not uphold their part of the agreement, the situation will be brought to the attention of the teaching staff, but the team will remain responsible for submitting the completed assignment. If needed, the team will meet with the teaching staff to resolve conflicts.
