Ultimately, the team decided to create a lightweight AEV design that included the T-shaped base with the skinny frame, as well as the T-shaped arm, which is lightweight and compact, therefore allowing the AEV to run quickly and efficiently. The battery and arduino are on opposite ends of the AEV, allowing the AEV to be balanced and effectively distribute the weight of these components. The propellers are on opposite sides of the horizontal tailing end of the AEV because the team believes this will allow the AEV to run as quickly and efficiently as possible.
