Emily R. Frantz, MPH, formed ALPHA, LLC to provide administrative and logistical support to local health departments seeking accreditation. Emily is a trained PHAB Site Visitor who previously served as Director of Organizational Performance & Strategy Management of Cobb & Douglas Public Health. For more than ten years, she has worked to strengthen the public health infrastructure by providing performance management and quality improvement consultation to health departments primarily located within the states of Michigan, Ohio, and Georgia. She is Project Management-Lean Process (PM-LPC) and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certified.
