Priya Dedhia, MD, PhD

Priya Dedhia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery and works as a surgical oncologist who specializes in treating patients with endocrine cancers and diseases, particularly those that arise in the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands. She is a member of the Translational Therapeutics Program at the OSUCCC – James and her research is focused on using human organoid technology to generate insulin-producing cells to study the molecular basis of thyroid and parathyroid disease. She received training in Executive Coaching at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Merle Graybill, Med PCC

Merle Graybill joined the College of Medicine Faculty Affairs office in the fall of 2019 as Faculty Development Consultant. In this role, she supports the career planning and leadership success of clinical and research faculty from every department, at every rank, addressing the pillars of faculty activities in education, scholarship, and clinical excellence, as well as focusing on developing leadership capacity for initiatives, programs, divisions, and departments. Merle’s own successful university leadership at the departmental, division and institutional level evolved into a passion for coaching 18 years ago. She is a certified professional coach (ICF/PCC) with expertise in Emotional Intelligence, leadership competency, interpersonal/group communication, a broad range of organizational development processes, and the EI approach to stress management. Prior to joining OSU, she supported career and leadership development for faculty at Ohio University, Cleveland Clinic, Oregon Health & Science University, and Case Western Reserve University.

Carmen Quatman, MD, PhD

Carmen Quatman is an Associate Professor with Tenure in the departments of  Emergency Medicine and Orthopaedics. She is a board-certified orthopaedic trauma surgeon-scientist and as FAME’s Director for Research, she supports faculty coaching in career advancement, leadership development, and research portfolio strategy. Trained through Drexel University’s Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine, OSU’s Faculty Leadership Institute, and Indiana University’s Healthcare Innovation program, she supports faculty across all career stages navigating transitions, academic identity, and leadership impact. With NIH-funded research spanning injury prevention, implementation science, and biomedical innovation, she brings a systems-thinking lens to coaching. She completed training in Executive Leadership, Organizational Development, and Life Coaching from the International Coaching Federation Accredited Symbiosis Coaching program.

Jennifer Sipos, MD

Jennifer A. Sipos is a Professor of Medicine and Associate Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs for the Department of Medicine. She also serves as the Medical Director of the Neuroendocrine Cancer Program at The Arthur G. James Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Sipos has developed an interest in the use of ultrasonography for the diagnosis and management of thyroid nodules and cancer. She is a member of the writing task force for the Thyroid Nodule Guidelines sponsored by the American Thyroid Association. She serves as a member of the Thyroid Carcinoma Panel of the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines. She received training in Executive Coaching at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Kim Tartaglia, MD

Kim Tartaglia is a Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine. In addition to internal medicine and pediatrics, she is board certified in health and wellness coaching and lifestyle medicine. She directs inpatient lifestyle medicine consults for hospitalized patients and provides telehealth care in lifestyle medicine. She is director of Teaching and Learning for FAME and the IM-Well program for the Dept of Internal Medicine Residency. She received training in Executive Coaching at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Sharla Wells-Di Gregorio, PhD

Sharla Wells-Di Gregorio, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine. She is a clinical psychologist in the Division of Palliative Medicine. She is Past President of the American Psychosocial Oncology Society and currently Co-Chairs the APOS Psychosocial Oncology Virtual Academy, a training program designed to teach behavioral health providers evidence-based psychosocial cancer care. Her research is centered on testing an mHealth-telehealth symptom management intervention, Finding Our Center Under Stress (FOCUS) with people with advanced cancer living in rural communities. Her clinical work is dedicated to outpatient psychosocial oncology services for patients with advanced cancer. Dr. Wells-Di Gregorio is Vice Chair for Wellness for the Department of Internal Medicine. She is passionate about helping faculty to create holistic personal and professional development plans and to map out strategies to help faculty achieve their most meaningful goals. She received training in Executive Coaching at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
