- A total of 17 modules serve as a path to gain expertise in clinical teaching and provides educational best practices for all faculty in the College of Medicine.
- The modules have been created by interdisciplinary teams which facilitates achieving the goal of both team-based practice and education.
- Provides opportunities for self-reflection and feedback allowing for continued improvement of teaching skills.
- Provides framework for development of an educator portfolio readily incorporated into the promotion and tenure document.
