Team Goal
Every team member will work to the best of their ability to aid the team in working toward the end product. Our top goal is to create the most energy efficient vehicle in the class.
Meetings
We will meet every week during class and then whenever we feel is necessary.
General Team Member Expectations
Team members are expected to be in every class and attend every agreed upon meeting. They are expected to be focused during lab. Deadlines should be met with frequency. Documents will be shared via google documents. Every one should have their portions of the group work done at least two days before the due date so it can be reviewed.
Individual Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines
Roles will be assigned during lab and will change every so often. Members will do what they feel most confident in doing.
Conflict Resolution
If team members are not meeting the expectations they will be addressed by the team as a whole and asked to pick up their part of the project and will be asked if they are struggling and need help.
If the team member still does not participate then the problem will be taken to the GTA to be addressed.
Expectations of Faculty and GTAs
Staff will help resolve team issues if necessary, but the team is still responsible for submitting a completed assignment when the deadline hits.
