- If time permits test this on other batteries
Goals Achieved
- Found the starting voltage of a charged battery
- Successfully ran a test run
- Recorded the voltage required to move the AEV
Tasks
- Perform tests without crashing
Reflections
1. While we were able to get basic data on battery usage we were hoping we would be able to test more runs but couldn’t due to limited track space
Lab Meeting 5 (3/22/18) 11:10a.m
Location: Hitchcock
Members Present: Treavon Clark, Michael Twardowski, Nathan Scranton, Luke Bower
Agenda
- Apply code to the AEV
- Perform a run with the AEV

- Created a code for two different AEV designs
- Compared the two designs and their codes
Tasks
- Complete Performance Test 1
- Decide which design will be used moving forward
Reflections
- After running both designs it was found that a single propeller model is able to use less total power than a two propeller design. However, due to worries that the single propeller would over exert itself once it received the extra weight it was decided to move forward with the two propeller design
