-How to make the drop-down menu and what to include in it.
-Strengths and Weaknesses established (in terms of Solidworks, coding, etc..).
-Distribution of workload before lab.

-Abhishek will complete the “Meet the team” page on the website.
-Kritagya will finish organizing the website.
-Nick will update the meeting notes.
-Tian will come up with an approach to the project.
Reflections:
-A lot got accomplished in this meeting.
-Got to know each other better.
-This team works well together and will be able to successfully complete this project.

Objective: Complete Website Update #2
Topics Discussed:
-Distribution of workload before lab to complete the website update #2.
-What needs to be done during the upcoming lab to successfully complete preliminary R&D 1-5.
Upcoming Tasks (assigned):
-Abhishek will upload all individual concept sketches and team sketch. He will also include the explanations behind the sketches
-Kritagya will upload the Arduino code used for scenario 1 as well as upload both the energy vs time and energy vs distance plots. He will also upload the code associated with these plots and explain the figures by describing what the AEV is doing for each section of the plot.
-Nick will update the meeting notes as well as upload both concept screening and concept scoring spreadsheets along with descriptions of the criteria.
-Tian will upload a picture of the AEV sensors and will describe the function of the sensors as well as their importance in completing the MCR.
Reflections:
-A lot got accomplished in this meeting.
-This website update is a little more complicated and all sections need to be divided equally so everything gets done.

-Distribution of workload before lab to complete the progress report.

-Abhishek will complete the creative design thinking section.
-Kritagya will complete the programming basics and data analysis tool sections.
-Nick will complete the concept screening and scoring section as well as put everything together.
-Tian will compete the reflectance sensors section.
Reflections:
-A lot got accomplished in this meeting.
-This progress report is a little more complicated than originally thought to be, but now that everything is split up, it seems more manageable.

Reflections:
-This meeting was very successful.
-The presentation is structured very well and we are excited to present our findings to the class tomorrow.

Reflections:
-It was easier to meet on google hangouts online whether then having to meet at an actual location.
-This progress report is a little more complicated than originally thought to be, but now that everything is split up, it seems more manageable.
