Although I came in to the class a lot later than other students and this has been long over due, I was still able to participate in this in class exercise with my partner. 

My definition of Leadership

• The ability to be selfless
• Accountability for decision and outcomes for those decisions
• Articulating what it is that you want to inspire and accomplish
