It is always interesting to hear others talk about leadership. leadership is the type of subject that doesn’t take much description or many words to gather insight about the speaker. Usually there are only small details that separate one ideal of the perfect leader to another. There are definitely some characteristics that stand out more than others like charisma or sociability but the good thing about those is that there are different personality types and motivations that obtain the same results. For instance, I was not a forward sociable person but I enjoyed meeting new people so I balanced out a bit and over the years I have actually became more of a charismatic person.
A good equation to remember is: Temperment + Ability + Skill +Time = Leadership
