Ingredients:
- 2.5 medium zucchinis
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Instructions:
- Wash zucchini and cut into 1/4-in thick rounds or sticks.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
- Add zucchini then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle zucchini with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve
