Jerk Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw chicken
  • 2/3 Jerk chicken marinade
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Trim fat off of chicken and cut chicken into pieces.
  2. Pour marinade and chicken in a dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours and allow to meld flavors.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into pan. Place chicken on top of oil, skin side up.
  5. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, until no longer pink and meet an internal temp of 165°F.
