Ingredients:
- 1 lb raw chicken
- 2/3 Jerk chicken marinade
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Trim fat off of chicken and cut chicken into pieces.
- Pour marinade and chicken in a dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours and allow to meld flavors.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Pour vegetable oil into pan. Place chicken on top of oil, skin side up.
- Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, until no longer pink and meet an internal temp of 165°F.
