Ingredients
- 2 small fruits (apples, pears, oranges, bananas, kiwi, grapes)
- 8 ounces canned chunk pineapple
- 6 to 8 ounces non-fat fruit yogurt
- 1-2 Tablespoons low-fat whipped topping
- 10 skewers
Instructions
- Wash fruit and peel if necessary.
- Drain pineapple juice into a bowl.
- Cut fruit in wedges of chunks. Dip fruit that turns dark (such as apples and bananas) in the pineapple juice.
- Thread fruit on skewers. Arrange on a platter.
- Stir together the yogurt and whipped topping. Pour into a bowl for dipping.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
