Fruit Kabobs & Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 small fruits (apples, pears, oranges, bananas, kiwi, grapes)
  • 8 ounces canned chunk pineapple
  • 6 to 8 ounces non-fat fruit yogurt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons low-fat whipped topping
  • 10 skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash fruit and peel if necessary.
  2. Drain pineapple juice into a bowl.
  3. Cut fruit in wedges of chunks. Dip fruit that turns dark (such as apples and bananas) in the pineapple juice.
  4. Thread fruit on skewers. Arrange on a platter.
  5. Stir together the yogurt and whipped topping. Pour into a bowl for dipping.
  6. Refrigerate any leftovers.
