Crunchy Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 5 cups fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries, apples, bananas (sliced)
  • 2½ cups crunchy whole-grain cereal (such as whole grain oats, crunchy clusters, etc.), crushed

Instructions

  1. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into 5 glasses.
  2. Top yogurt with ½ cup fruit and ¼ cup crushed cereal.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy!
