Fresh Veggies & Dip

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • ⅙ packet of dry salad dressing of choice (such as ranch)
  • fresh veggies (cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt to bowl.
  2. Add salad dressing and mix together.
  3. Chill 1 hour to let flavors blend.
  4. Serve with fresh veggies.
