Ingredients
- ⅓ cup fat-free plain yogurt
- ⅙ packet of dry salad dressing of choice (such as ranch)
- fresh veggies (cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli)
Instructions
- Add yogurt to bowl.
- Add salad dressing and mix together.
- Chill 1 hour to let flavors blend.
- Serve with fresh veggies.
