Ingredients
- ½ lb Romaine lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper (red, green, orange or yellow)
- ½ cucumber
- 1 small tomato
- low-fat salad dressing
Instructions
- Wash and prepare fresh vegetables.
- Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Chop the remaining vegetables into small pieces; add to the bowl and mix.
- Serve with low-fat salad dressing, remembering portions of salad dressings are 1 Tablespoon, or about the size of a fingertip.
