Screenings and Immunizations
Students and faculty at the College of Pharmacy provide numerous screenings, immunizations, and other services to patients mostly in and around Central Ohio. Services are often held at health fairs or other community events and can include screenings for
- Bone health
- Flu immunizations
- Medication Therapy Mangement (MTM)
- Medication reviews
- Diabetes screenings
- Safe medication practices

Free Clinics
Many Ohio State faculty, staff, and students are involved with the free clincs throughout Columbus.

Senior Care
Through a variety of programs, faculty and students provide quality senior care to the older populations in Central Ohio. Areas of assistance include medication reviews and reconciliations, bone health screenings, and flu vaccinations. For more information, or to schedule a service, contact the faculty member below.

Generation Rx
Since 2009, the College of Pharmacy at The Ohio State University and the Cardinal Health Foundation have partnered to provide open source educational materials that anyone can use to help prevent the misuse of prescription drugs. These ready-to-use resources are designed to provide everything you need to make a presentation or offer a program in your community, school or college. Generation Rx Lab
The Generation Rx Lab is a fun and innovative educational experience within the Labs in Life exhibit at the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). In this lab, COSI visitors of all ages can conduct engaging, hands-on experiments as they learn about the science of drugs.

Pills, Potions, and Poisons
The Pills, Potions and Poisons program for rising 10th-12th graders provides students with an overview of pharmacology and its relationship to health, disease and society. The week-long summer daycamp provides students learning through a variety of approaches including lecture, discussion, debate, games, laboratory visits, field trips and hands-on experiments.
