Can I participate in this year’s symposium even though I am not a student at Ohio State?
Yes! All undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, staff, faculty, visiting scholars, and community members are invited to participate. Individuals from universities outside OSU are encouraged to attend as well. Please make sure to register
Is there any cost to attend the symposium?
No! Registration is free of charge.
Which subjects are appropriate for student speeches and/or the poster competition?
Any plant-related research work will be accepted and evaluated.
Is the submission of an abstract required to participate in the poster competition?
Yes.
Do I have to submit my poster by February 2nd to participate in the in-person poster competition?
No, only an abstract must be submitted by February 2nd to participate in the in-person poster competition. You will bring your poster in-person to Columbus on March 1st.
