Student Speaker Abstract Submission | The Ohio State University Plant Sciences Symposium

Abstract submissions will be due January 12th, 2024. We will be selecting 6 student speakers to give a 15-minute presentation (10-12 minutes presenting, followed by 3-5 minutes of Q &A). All chosen student speakers should expect to present in person at the 4H Center in Columbus, OH on March 1st, 2024.

We do not have strict abstract guidelines, but we ask that you include a title, your name, and it is a maximum of 250 words. Please see a sample abstract from a previous year here.

Student Speaker Submission 2024

Please fill out this form and attach your abstract to participate in the selection process of the student speakers of the 2024 Plant Sciences Symposium. Only an abstract is needed to participate in the selection process, max. 250 words. If you are chosen to speak at the symposium, you will prepare a 10-12 minute presentation that will be followed by a 3-5 minute Q&A session.
