Applications are to be submitted to the Paulding County Extension Office by 4:30 pm on May 5th, 2023, or mailed with a postmark date no later than May 5th, 2023 to:

All applicants must be active in a Youth Organization in Paulding County.

Junior King & Junior Queen: Ages 9-13

Prince & Princess: Ages 5-8
