Opportunity: Volunteers and interns needed – Move to PROSPER

Move to PROSPER (MTP), an initiative of Ohio State and community partners, is seeking volunteers, interns and mentors. This three-year program combines temporary rental support and comprehensive life coaching to facilitate the rental of apartments in high-opportunity communities by women working low-wage jobs who have children ages 13 and under, with at least one in school. Families are moving this summer to their new homes. Volunteers and/or interns are needed to assist in the growing of the initiative. Also, people who live in Dublin, Hilliard and Gahanna are needed by our partner organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, to mentor the school-aged children.
