Hello everyone! My name is Mary Jenkins and I am a second- year student majoring in Agricultural Communication with a minor in Spanish. At Ohio State, I am involved in numerous organizations, such as Cru, Alpha Zeta Partners, and Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow.  With Alpha Zeta Partners, I had the chance to study abroad in Piracicaba, Brazil, where I spent six weeks studying at a branch of the University of Sao Paolo. Currently, I am completing an internship with the National 4-H Council in Washington, D.C. There I am giving tours to 4-Hers from around the country and putting on workshops for them at the 4-H Center. As an Agricultural Communication major, there are many career opportunities for me, but I would love to find a career within the media, perhaps in broadcasting or journalism.
