| As 2020 comes to an end, The Women’s Place (TWP) concludes its 20th anniversary celebration. This year, TWP’s Status Report on Women at Ohio State celebrates this anniversary by reflecting on TWP’s part in creating a more equitable culture and advancing women at the university. The report also offers comparative data to evaluate women’s employment and promotion at the university over the last 20 years, while highlighting how everyone at Ohio State can contribute to culture change. |
