| Back by popular demand, the Office of the Chief Wellness Officer, in collaboration with the One University Health and Wellness Council will launch Part 2 of the “Stay Calm and Well” webinar series. The new series will continue to build participant knowledge and skills to reduce stress and achieve optimal health and well-being during these challenging times. This weekly seven-week series will begin at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12. By participating in this series and completing six out of seven post-evaluation surveys, you will earn 2,500 Your Plan for Health points. |
