Updating Your Zoom App
Launch Zoom app when prompted
- On a Windows device, use the search function to find the Zoom App
- On a Macintosh, search for the Zoom App in Applications
Log-in via “Sign in with SSO”
Enter OSU on the Sign in with SSO screen
Click on your profile in the upper right of the screen
Then select “Check for Updates”
You will either be Up-To-Date or be prompted to update
Updating Mobile Devices
Android
Open your Zoom App and select the gear icon in the upper left
Select the version and update if necessary
iOS Devices
(iOS devices will update automatically if selected)
Open the Zoom App on your device and select the gear icon in the upper left
Select the version and update if necessary
